Exams can be a highly stressful time for teenagers, and after the emotional turmoil of the past three years and the amount of time that our children missed school, social media pressures and pressure to do well in exams, this has led to a teenage mental health crisis.

Inside this programme there are different videos and meditations to help students manage their stress and anxiety in the lead up to their exams.
